- Friendly words of advice
- Plan your time well.
- Organize your talk to fit into 6 minutes
- Be sure that your software is ready to run
- Your peers are the technical audience.
- Allow for up to 3 minutes of questions
- Peer Evaluation Forms
- Evaluate each team (0..10) for Technical merit.
- Evaluate each team (0..10) for Accomplishments.
Demo score = 80 * (Technical Merit + Accomplishments)/20 points.
- Enter specific remarks (constructive criticism) about each project
- Evaluate your own contribution
- Evaluate each member of your teams contribution
- Electronically submit on Thursday evening.
- Grades & Prizes
- Scores will be posted on-line by early next week
- Watch newsgroups for prizes (as tabulated from evaluation forms)
- Finalize and re-submit Project Writeup
- Describe changes and what was actually accomplished
- Print Relevant sections of source code
