Tue Oct 25 22:52:35  A new and improved Homework #2 posted.  
Wed Oct 26 11:11:32  Some additional material and some corrections have been added to HW#2. Of particular importance are a new figure for P1a and a correction for P3 in equation 7. 
Thu Oct 27 21:42:11  New office hours have been posted.

Thu Nov 3 15:31:45  I know how much you guys like MATLAB, so I am going to post this script and this function which will allow you to compute the necessary parameters for HW#2 P1a. It is just the best way to present the info. There will be a fully solved version of the first path in the HW solutions.

Mon Nov 7 09:46:28  I made some small changes to the solutions. Mostly they are just changes in wording and punctuation to make things clear. Also, some of you might find this cartoon to be a more fitting conclusion to HW#2.

Tue Nov 15 15:29:48  HW#3 has been delayed to be due on 12/6/2005. It should be posted within the next few days. 
Thu Nov 17 10:18:18  HW #3 is posted. Also, Prof. Boppart has asked that I post this article on the "Mechanisms of Pulsed Laser Ablation". The topic of laser ablation will occupy a significant portion of the time that remains in the course.
